'DoughVinci's Slice Emporium started with one vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi lineage, who opened our doors in 1985, managed this modest pizza shop with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our founder, perfected the craft of pizza creation during her journey across Italy, receiving guidance from renowned pizza masters in Naples—the true cradle of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her mission was to present the essence of classic Italian pizza, emphasizing original techniques and prime ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has since evolved into a cherished community gem, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue traditional wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'DoughVinci's Slice Emporium' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the next generation stewarding our team of devoted staff. Despite embracing new advancements, the soul of our operation stays unchanged: crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that gather people together.
