Prices and Payment. All prices are listed in €. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery charges are not included in the quoted price.

Intellectual Property. This Agreement does not transfer from DoughVinci's Slice Emporium to you any DoughVinci's Slice Emporium or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with DoughVinci's Slice Emporium.

Changes. DoughVinci's Slice Emporium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
